The Confessions & Collections of an Ebay whore

This piece is autobiographical I’m afraid-  a tribute to my many collections/obsessions. I hand  dyed pieces of antique and vintage materials for the squares to showcase a few of my treasures.  The photocopy is on silk, which I hand quilted in trapunto and embellished with antique steel cut beads. I used a beautifully carved Victorian picture frame (sadly, yet another collection!)

Technique’s: Quilting, embroidery, appliqué, beading, hand dyed fabric.  All work done by hand.
