hi phyllis,
for some of the centers ii printed images and cut them out, used old music sheets (another collection) and beautiful papers. other caps i just left plain, or dressed up with a bead. no rules just fun-can't wait to see your creation!

You did it again with bottle caps. I like the title too. What a fun thing to do and in your hands it becomes a piece of art. I want to look into this. Yesterday I went to an antique market and everywhere I saw people selling bottle caps. I guess I should start collecting some. I am curious...did you paint the inside of some of these?

i like the idea that mirror's have a bit of magic-
this mirror is in fact a "found treasure"- a lone mirror (without it's dresser) from the early 1900's. i wonder how many images it has reflected through the years?

The mirror is magical. It captures what we all want when we look in a mirror "Bright Lovely Clear Brilliant".
To me that is what the anticipation of looking into a mirror suggest. You want to find out if you still look O.K.
How many times as a kid did you say "Mirror mirror on the wall"? And the brilliance of your mirror suggests all that and more to me.
