a current work – very cathartic after an extremely difficult week. my son was in a serious car accident -i very happy to say it looks like he will make a full recovery. each day is a gift and i am reminded that the most precious things in my life are taken for granted far too often.

When your child is hurt, you hurt more that you would for your self. I am happy to hear that he will recover fully.
Your current work is wonderful. I don’t know how you could work, you took it with you?

most all of my textile collages are done “the old fashioned way”- by hand. so-yes-it can go with me.
thank you for your well wishes.

There is nothing more traumatic than this. I can only imagine the stress you have been through. Thankfully, some of us can rely on handwork to steady our emotions and keep our hands busy. When you have such a gift for creating, it is an even more enriching experience. I am so happy to hear that he is doing well and will make a full recovery. Take good care of yourself too.
